Onlineworksolutions.com (OWS) was started May, 2001 by Martin Gross, Ph.D. in Knoxville Maryland USA to provide web-based 360 Feedback surveys for Organization Development consultants. Since then OWS evolved to web-enabling a wide variety of online surveys and reporting tools for Organization Development companies and Human Resource departments.
Martin Gross, Geri Duncan and Sara Moulton comprise the OWS virtual team based in Maryland, USA.
"Online work solutions" are web-pages/forms served to the Web by Apache created dynamically by Perl programs accessing Mysql databases to populate the content of those web-pages and forms. OWS's servers are co-located at Xecu.net an ISP in Frederick, Maryland. OWS is possible because of the Open Source community. Martin is grateful to the developers of
