Martin Gross - Ph.D., Economics, University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill 1995. Upon graduating, Martin signed on with a start-up survey market research company in his home town of Frederick, Maryland USA. For five years, Martin automated data processing and statistical analysis services and oversaw the market research output. Desiring an opportunity to develop web-based survey and reporting software and work virtually Martin launched OWS.
Geri Duncan - BA, English, Mount Saint Mary's College 1991. Geri worked on the data processing and statistical analysis team with Martin Gross at a Frederick, MD market research firm. Sharing Martin's vision for a virtual workplace and internet based surveys, Geri joined the OWS virtual team in January 2006.
Sara Ann Moulton - BA Philosophy, SUNY Oneonta, 1987. Sara worked in publishing, copyediting and abstracting medical studies before assisting OnlineWorkSolutions with quality control, design, and survey administration. Sara joined the OWS virtual team in 2013.
